 General cleaning is a thorough and detailed cleaning procedure that is usually performed irregularly and less frequently than daily cleaning. Its purpose is to deeply clean the premises, including areas and surfaces that are not typically cleaned during regular maintenance.

General cleaning includes the following tasks:

  1. Deep cleaning of floor coverings – carpet cleaning, deep cleaning of floor tiles and grout.

  2. Cleaning of furniture and finishing elements – upholstery cleaning, as well as cleaning of wood, metal, and other surface materials.

  3. Cleaning of walls and ceilings – removing dirt, dust, and cobwebs.

  4. Deep kitchen cleaning – cleaning the inside of appliances, cabinets, and all surfaces.

  5. Complete disinfection of bathrooms and sanitary facilities – including cleaning tiles, grout, plumbing, and accessories.

  6. Cleaning and disinfecting doors, locks, and handles – including hard-to-reach areas.

  7. Cleaning light fixtures and electrical appliances – including ceiling and wall lamps.

  8. Outdoor area tidying – by agreement, including terraces, balconies, etc. (Additional service)

  9. Complete window and window frame cleaning – by agreement. (Additional service)

GENERAL CLEANING INCLUDES


KITCHEN


  • We wipe all accessible surfaces, switches, and door handles;
  • Remove dust from ventilation grilles;
  • Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces;
  • Clean stoves, refrigerators, ovens, and microwaves both inside and outside;
  • Clean kitchen countertops;
  • Wash kitchen wall panels above work surfaces;
  • Clean kitchen cabinet fronts;
  • Remove grease and oil stains;
  • Remove dust and grease residue from the extractor hood;
  • Clean and disinfect sanitary fixtures;
  • Wash floors, scrub baseboards, radiators, and windowsills;
  • Empty trash bins;
  • Disinfect waste storage areas;
  • Take out garbage bags (up to 30 kg).
BATHROOM

  • We wipe all accessible surfaces, switches, and door handles;
  • Remove dust from ventilation grilles;
  • Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces;
  • Wash tiles from floor to ceiling;
  • Clean the shower cabin, bathtub, and sink;
  • Remove heavy dirt, limescale, rust, and calcium deposits from showers, bathtubs, toilets, and jacuzzi surfaces;
  • Clean and disinfect the toilet bowl both inside and outside;
  • Remove soap and water stains from wall surfaces around soap holders, sinks, toilets, and similar areas;
  • Wipe the cabinets from the outside;
  • Wash the floor, wipe the baseboards, and vacuum the rugs.

ROOMS AND HALLWAYS


  • We remove dust from all accessible surfaces and interior elements;
  • Wipe switches, sockets, and door handles;
  • Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces;
  • Make the bed;
  • Wash the floor, scrub the baseboards, radiators, and windowsills;
  • Remove dust and clean cabinet furniture from the outside;
  • Remove dust from the surfaces of tables, wall lamps, and chandeliers (excluding crystal chandeliers);
  • Perform dry cleaning of upholstered furniture with a vacuum cleaner;
  • Clean door frames, including fittings;
  • Clean and wash inside wardrobes (if they are not filled);
  • Remove moderate and heavy dirt;
  • Vacuum carpeted areas.

The total cost of the work depends on:
– The size of the premises
– The level of contamination
– The height of the ceilings
– The need for additional services
